Spiral Pipe Manufacturing Department

Spiral Pipe is smooth on the inside and is used successfully in conveying wood dust, paper trim, plastic trim, and air with particulate matter. Available in 3-inch to 42-inch diameter and five and ten foot lengths. Spiral Welded Pipe is considerably stronger than longitudinal pipe of the equivalent gauge. All 22 gauge Spiral Pipe measures 1/16" less than the noted diameter on the inside (I.D.). Example 6" diameter is 5-15/16" I.D.

We recommended shipping only limited quantities of 5-foot sections of pipe (up to 12" in diameter) by UPS or FedEx in our special 60" long pipe boxes. When you are ordering a system with 5-foot spiral pipe we will ship via common carrier in a 60" high by 40" wide by 42" deep box with removable top, and wooden skid on bottom for easy movement while in transit. It is recommended that all ten foot lengths are shipped in our wooden shipping crates for an additional cost. When larger quantities and diameters of pipe are required we will recommend fabricating spiral pipe in 8-foot lengths to stand upright in the nose of the trailer truck to save on shipping and crating cost. This method will also help reduce shipping damage, as there is no stacking of materials. In each of our shipping methods when ever possible spiral pipe will be nested to reduce your shipping cost. Every shipment that leaves our manufacturing plant has been inspected in perfect condition and has been packaged to arrive at your location ready to install.
