Do you have flex hose for a CNC ROUTER or a MOULDER?
Are there any other types of flexhoses available? Do you have less costly hose?
We offer quite a variety of flexible hoses. The flexhose we recommend for CNC Router
and Moulder applications is constructed from a material called Urethane, available
in Clear or Black. This urethane material has a high tear strength, and abrasion
resistance to handle the chip collection required for such woodworking machines.
The flexhose handles particleboard applications very effectively. It is also flexible
enough to handle the stress of traversing back and forth on the moving equipment.
For even more stressful, abrasive conditions, we have a 45-MIL Urethane Flex Hose
(U45). It is not quite as flexible as the 30-MIL material (U30), but is considerably
more durable. Applications for sawdust trailer loading, and leaf collection/street
sweeping are its common practice. (See page 46-47).
We also have AHPLUS. This flexhose has outstanding durability with reinforced
construction which is designed to stand up to years of use. AHPLUS
is a versatile hose created with the best qualities of our top selling hoses. It
is a perfect replacement for older polyester neoprene hoses. (See page 44).
We also offer a durable thermoplastic Rubber Flex Hose (RFH). RFH is an inexpensive
hose in comparison to the previous hose types indicated. This flexhose can be supplied
for less strenuous duties than the other hoses. It has a good chemical resistance
capability, and temperature range. Popular applications are with oil-mist collectors,
table saws, and sanders. There is a wearstrip option (RFHW), when required for
contact on rough surfaces. (See page 44-45).
Do you fabricate custom fittings such as moulder manifolds?
We have a complete and capable fabrication facility.
On a daily basis we manufacture manifolds for Weinig and Wadkin moulders as well as many others. Quite a few of the larger sanders
being manufactured today require a similar type of manifold. Due to the fact that the manifolds vary according to how the main pipe is
approaching the machine, we require a detailed sketch of the tap placements and specific diameters (see page 29). A firm quotation will then be provided.
Our turn around time on these items is one week to 10 days. Keep in mind that we are very diverse in the fabrication of custom round pipe and fittings in
general, so don't hesitate to forward your detailed fabrication drawing.
