Shop Online 1 - Elbows

One piece elbows are fabricated from a a single piece of galvanized sheet metal. They are formed into an elbow by a special machine. Centerline radius is 2.5 times the elbow diameter. All elbows 3" dia. to 8" dia. are 22 gauge and 10" dia are 20 gauge. Each elbow is welded air tight on the back. Long radius elbows have one male end and one female end.

Welded die stamped elbows have a 1.5 x diameter centerline radius. Die Stamped elbows are fabricated from 20 gauge galvanized steel. Elbows have 2" small end collars slightly less than even inch outside to fit into spiral pipe. All elbows have a smooth obstruction free interior.

Welded Gored (segmented) Elbows including 13", 15" and 16" are also fabricated from 20 gauge galvanized steel. Elbows 18" and larger are 18 gauge or can be quoted in heavier gauges. Elbows have 2" small end collars slightly less than even inch outside to fit into spiral pipe.
